On September 12, 2005, FCF gave permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive:

I'm Jeff Houser, the guitarist for Connecticut's Energetic Acoustic Rock
band Far Cry Fly. I just wanted to say that its perfectly okay for people
to upload live recordings of our stuff. Our web site is located at

The band has no formal live recording policy, but generally supports
audience taping. We'd prefer that no studio work (including out of print
albums) get uploaded to the archive unless it is uploaded by us.
